PHOTO REQUIREMENTS | For the best print quality, we recommend original high-resolution images with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.

Please do not submit:
• Screenshots
• Photos of printed photographs
• Social media downloads
• Blurry or pixelated images
• Heavily cropped images

Final print quality is dependent on the quality of the files provided. JYS Sign & Print Co is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution customer-supplied images.

PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION | Large-format displays are produced in multiple panels and arrive professionally scored and folded for shipping and transportation. 

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY | All products are custom-made to order and printed specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.

Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, photos, and personalization details before approving your proof. Approved artwork is considered final.

SHIPPING POLICY | Production and shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We strongly recommend allowing a minimum 2–3 business day buffer between your estimated delivery date and your event date.

JYS is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather delays, missed delivery attempts, service interruptions, or packages delayed while in transit.

TRANSIT DAMAGE | Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
• The damaged product
• All packaging materials
• The shipping label

Damage occurring during transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. While we are happy to assist with documentation when possible, JYS is not responsible for carrier-related damage claims.
